This little patch of wildflowers we found on the side of the road ended up bein the perfect spot to shoot our announcement photos.

What an amazing time in a woman's life when she is preparing to bring new life into the world. It's exhausting, hard, messy, and beautiful!
Cherish these fleeting moments before they are gone. Make sure in this crazy time of preparing for the future you take time to capture and enjoy the place you are now.
The perfect time to schedule your shoot is in the first trimester. Get it on the calendar so it's one less thing you have to think about. You'll want to do the actual shoot a month to 6 weeks before your due date. That way we still get great belly photos, but you aren't too far along where you're uncomfortable.
Next we get to pick location. Whether it's at he beach or the river, catching those golden hour rays with the wind in your hair, or downtown on the cobblestone streets, or even in the comfort of your own home. Pick somewhere you feel the most at peace. So every time you look at these photos, it brings back those quiet feelings from this special time.
